Shipping and Delivery

1. Order Processing

• All products are custom 3D printed, so processing time may take 2–4 business days depending on the complexity of the order.

• Orders are only processed after full payment confirmation.

• We ship through trusted courier services like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, etc.

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

• Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days after dispatch

• Remote Areas/Villages: 7–10 business days after dispatch
  (Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, strikes, holidays, or natural causes. We are not responsible for such delays.)

• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or minimum order value.

• If your package is damaged in transit, you must provide unboxing video + photos within 24 hours of delivery to claim replacement/refund.

• If a package is lost by the courier, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
