Cancellation and Refund
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as all 3D printed products are custom-made.
Please check all details (design, text, size, color, etc.) carefully before confirming your order.
2. Return & Refund Policy
All 3D printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are personalized/customized for each customer.
Refund or replacement is only applicable in case of:
Damaged product received (physical damage in shipping).
Wrong item delivered (different from the order placed).
3. Damage/Wrong Item Claim Process
Customers must provide unboxing video + clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified:
A replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. No Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind after order.
Incorrect information provided by the customer.
Minor variations in color/finish due to the 3D printing process.
